• Keyworker first accommodation.
• Free stays for domestic violence victims.
• Free access to the co-working space.
• Free access to the gym space for teenagers.
• Free coffee mornings for young single mothers and fathers.
• Free use of the event spaces for locals.
• Free use of the meeting spaces.
